obs 31 idling at 36-45%

so i've already tried changing my pci from auto to gen 3, also tried changing phys x settings to use CPU, as well as turning off hardware acceleration scheduling.
i have no idea what to do now :( heres a log from just now

Remove all the plugins and the most probably effect will be the reduced CPU usage.

Also, review and follow directions and recommendations on the analyzer:

so i uninstalled all the new plugins i added today, and some older ones from when i wasn't having this issue, but it's still at the same 30-45% range, and the analyzer just mentions capture interface and multiple game captures
