OBS 31 - didn't see Nvidia filters (like blur)

You need the nvidia video/audio effects for it to work and shown in OBS.

I'm having the same issue, but I already downloaded the NVIDIA audio and video effects. the audio effects are appearing as a filter but the video effects don't appear. My logs say the below. the full log file is here: https://obsproject.com/logs/4bBYrdjzsrnqXs9H

1) Try to download and install (or reinstall) MSVC

2) Re-install last nvidia drivers (572.16 / 566.36 or earlier 537.58 (most stable) )
3) Delete all plug-ins in OBS and try again, if it's work - install each plug-in you need and after each installing - start OBS to find broken plug-in
