My crash logs basically show the same issues. Never had a crash issue before OBS updated to version 31.0.
Safe Mode does not crash.

Crashes on close are due to a plugin. Remove it.
In this case is one using a custom dock or browser source. In a log file you can see all the plugins you installed. Using the analyzer can give you a little more help to solve common problems an list any plugin you have. Inside the OBS Help menu (yes, OBS has an useful help menu) you can find a way to upload the latest and previous log file and use the analyzer once uploaded. Also, you can access the folder where this files are located. In the analyzer you have a way to manually upload to it a log file too.

PaiSand, thank you for replying.
Until recently, I had no issues with OBS, however, three things have changed since things were working correctly.
Windows updates did updates, Intel graphics drivers updated from Intel and OBS updated to version 31.0
I did the analyze logs option as you recommended, this is a screen shot of the results and also below is a link to the log that I had analyzed.

The log file has no streaming attempt. You have to do a test stream of no less then 30 seconds, doing as you normally do.
Now stop the stream (do not close OBS) and upload/analyze the log file. Copy the URL in here too.

Make sure you have removed any plugin you may have installed.

I read through that log file, caught a name spelled wrong I never noticed until now.
It appears all the webcam links work without a crash, it is the weather radar link, however, that is a different story. I deleted the original scene and recreated a new scene and tried again. As long as I do not choose that scene, OBS does not crash.
There is something at https://www.wunderground.com/wundermap It is that scene that is crashing OBS, to which it never did that until the 15th of December, which is where OBS created its 'first ever' crash report. It never crashed it in the past.

I have changed a few things in the scene properties window, the drop-down menu called Page permissions. Choose 'No access to OBS' to 'Full Access to OBS', no changes with that scene not causing the OBS crash, it crashes no matter option I set it to.

As for plugins, I am not sure if Intel added a new plugin with the newest update. I suppose I can check to see what plugins that were installed recently.

Just an update. Now OBS crashes on close on all of my video scenes.

Not sure now what I have to reset, remove, delete or update to fix this issue.
Hate to have to just reformat my hard drive and do a full 100% reinstall of Windows 11 from scratch and spend weeks reinstalling all of my programs again, as that might not fix the issues either. Like I said, it all started when OBS updated to version 31.0. Now its broken and unfixable. They likely took away 100% support for my graphics card forcing me to buy a $1,000.00 high profile add-in video card.

My video card information. Forgot to add that above.

Another update:
I uninstalled OBS version 31.0, I am not sure if it said 32 bit or not, I not going to try to find out, but it was 31.0 that I do know.
When I did uninstall it, I had it save the scene files and only removed the program itself.
I installed 30.2.3 from a file I had on hand. I had it save all my scenes and other settings and they all worked flawlessly and no crashes.
I am wondering if 31.0 has either a corrupted file/driver, or if they removed compatibility for a driver on my PC.
This installation I know is 30.2.3 64 bit. If the other was a 32 bit update version, it's beyond me why a 64 bit program would download and install a 32 bit update.

There's no more 32bit OBS versions, only 64bit. For a 32bit version you need to go back to OBS 27
So, when you reinstalled OBS 30.2.3 all worked well because probably you have installed something else that is incompatible with OBS 31. The most common case for this behavior is a plugin. It may also be a custom dock or browser source if the website your pointing it at have something that crashes the CEF version used on OBS 31. Removing the plugin or the custom dock or browser source causing the issue should resolve the problem. As you mentioned before, there's one browser source that caused the issue.
Perhaps you should contact this web site asking about the issue you have to figure out what's going on and what's the issue because this could lead to them to identify and issue with newer versions of browsers and fix their code so everything keeps working smooth.

After installing OBS 31.0.1 64 bit and using streamup v2 installer plugin I am only seeing OBS crashed. What should I do first install the plugins manually or return to Version 30.2
