Hi all,
Lately I've noticed an issue where obs completely freezes the taskbar when I start streaming. As in the clock will completely stop, discord's message counter will stop updating (like if it displays a 2 on the icon to indicate 2 unread and I get a 3rd message, the number will stay as 2), etc.
I can have it "unfreeze" by clicking on the taskbar where everything updates all at once, making it seem like the taskbar just stops unless the desktop is active. If OBS is open but not streaming, the taskbar functions normally. I've checked OBS for updates (but it never comes up with anything so I don't even know if what I have is current), run OBS as administrator, and verified file integrity but it's still happening. Googling the issue hasn't really given me any answers as every post I've seen about taskbar and OBS pertains to the taskbar being captured/not captured in the scene
I'm on windows 11 and have a pretty okay pc build, never had an issue running OBS like a month ago, so this problem is new
