OBS 30.1.2 most annoying update since 28.0

After updating to 30.1.2 needed manual Nvidia Driver update for recording !Y!. Then random crashing when adding monitor audio filter to any source and VB Cable A had a ghost sound without rooting sound from audio monitor plugin. After reinstall monitor audio and VB Cable A the ghost sound was fixed but source record plugin had cracks in audio and OBS is crashing randomly. I try to update source record tomorrow and hope it works. Had OBS stable for years but now it's annoying. Any ideas?

I'm having this issue too... Cant stream for more than 5m before it crashes, i've reinstalled everything.

I was going to do that, but i wanted to recreate it again, but now it wont happen... The issue i have now is my FPS is being cut down by 50% just by simply having OBS open.
