OBS 30.0.2 -- no plugins under Tools menu

Hello. Not sure if this is the correct place for this question, but ...

I am running OBS 30.0.2, on Windows 10 64 Bit, and there is no Plug-ins selection under Tools menu. I see plugins in my directory.

Any thoughts on what to do? All else works fine.

There is no such selection in vanilla OBS. If you expect one or saw one on other installations, it might have been added by some plugin you didn't install.

OK. So, how to load plugins? I know to install them in the plugins directory (which used to show as a link under Tools). How do I launch a plugin? Thanks for any advice.
