OBS 29.1.3 -> OBS 30 -> "le démarrage de la sortie a échoué"

Good morning,
Since I upgraded to version 30, I can no longer start streaming.
I get a message saying "output start failed".
For it to work I have to change the setting to Output -> Software (x264).
Before on OBS 29.1.3 I was on Hardware (QSV, H.264) and it worked correctly.

Depuis que je suis passé à la versions 30, je ne peux plus commencer le streaming.
J'ai le message m'indiquant "le démarrage de la sortie a échoué" qui s'affiche.
Pour que ça puisse fonctionner je dois changer le paramétrage sur Sortie -> Logiciel (x264).
Avant sur OBS 29.1.3 j'étais sur Matériel (QSV, H.264) et ça fonctionnait correctement.

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

OBS 30.0 can't start QSV recording anymore

I've been using QSV recording with OBS for many prior versions on Windows 10, but when I tried installing OBS 30.0 today my recordings will not start. I noticed in the recording settings screen there are now 2 different QSV options, one of them says "deprecated" which was what mine was initially...
