OBS 29.1.2 MS HEVC installed, cannot select HEVC in output

Hello,
I just installed the Microsoft HEVC codec on a Windows 11 x64 machine.
When I start media player I can view HEVC encoded files.
But when I open OBS , I still cannot select HEVC in output settings.
I included the log files.
How can I fix this?

You have installed the 30.0.101.1338 driver version and the latest for your iGPU is 31.0.101.2115 as posted on the CPU intel page

And you should add at least one scene/source.
 
Hello,
I did a lean installation of the latest display driver.
I reinstalled the hevc codec.
I reinstalled OBS.
I could not see HEVC until I went to the advanced output settings.
At last, problem solved, thanks for the help.
