OBS 29.1.1 AND 29.12 AND 29.1.3 : when restarted: column width in the docker totally disrupted

Till the 29.0 it was working fine

After the update to 29.1.1 AND 29.1.2 AND 29.1.3 , I setup the columns width into the docker, I quit OBS, I restart it, and it si screwed up

When can we have the 29.1.2 now with this issue fixed?
EDIT: 29.1.3: no one tackled this.
