OBS 29.0.2 crashing while I’m streaming

I have been using obs studio for a long time and since the new update that obs studio have been crashing and freezing up while I’m streaming I tried everything I updated my windows and graphics card it’s a rtx 3070 new I just doesn’t know what to do I tried downgrading to other software and it works but I lose my plug in please help me with this

So, I'm having the same problem, unfortunately for me, the downgrade didn't solve it, my OBS apparently breaks when I close a game in stream, it freezes, and I have to close it through the task manager.

Unfortunately, my error does not generate a crash file.
