OBS 28 on Windows crashes when using virtual camera in zoom

Hi Everyone
I have been experiencing this problem ever since I updated OBS to the latest version. I use the virtual camera (because NDI plugin is not working with the latest version) with Zoom. Now OBS is crashing during my zoom sessions. I have also updated the Zoom client for Windows to the latest version.
Appreciate your help.
