I have use my M1 as "second pc" to stream games on my gamer pc or ps5/switch with external capture card and it works fine. However if I try to work with photoshop or other adobe apps, browsing on web with safari the mac dont run well. fps constantly drops and time to render a frame goes around 8˜350ms sometimes 1fps 200ms.

Im streaming on twitch using recommended settings except the keyframe interval:

Scale down from 60 to 30 FPS, because as long as you are not a partner at TWITCH it makes no sense. Without a codec, your viewers will have a harder time enjoying the content. In addition, it will help you to solve your problem.

I'm a partner, however I'll try to stream at 30fps because this streams are to show graphic design stuffs and in fact I don't need streaming at 60fps
