OBS 28 crashing as soon as i opene it on windows 11

So i have an issue when i open obs 28 it crash instantly im gonna post my crash log file i tried reinstalling deleting plugins everithing and nothing i will really apreciatte some help

u know how to completely unistall it? i use the unistaller and delete the folders on obs but when i open obs the folder gets created again
