OBS 28.01 Windows 10 Keeps Locking Up / Freezing

Hi All

I'm not an expert OBS user but I know enough about Windows to get by. Since installing v28, OBS just keeps locking up - and I have barely had a chance to set anything up. Hovering the mouse over the OBS Window then over another unrelated window is enough to lock it up, or even just moving the mouse from the Controls buttons to the menu bar.

I've tried:

- uninstalling and reinstalling OBS
- uninstalling and reinstalling my NVIDIA GFX driver (including a clean install of the latest Gaming Ready driver)
- deleted most other "OBS" folders on my PC (excluding below)
- uninstalled NDI
- running SFC /scannow to fix any underlying issues
- stopping the Geforce Experience overlay

I've got still got v27.2.4 installed separately on this machine and it does not have any issues whatsoever. I am completely stumped.

I'm also noting high RAM usage after the program boots up - say 1.5GB which is weird with so little in the program set up. A RAM clean brings the usage down to 100MB or so. Unsure if this is related.

Attached are 2 of the most recent log files today that don't really mean anything to me. Any help is sincerely appreciated if I've missed trying something or the logs show an issue. Cheers!
