OBS 28.0.3 Unable to stream to Facebook

Good day, I have an OBS system that refuses to connect to a facebook stream server.

I have tried the following:

Method 1: Checked my Internet Connection

Method 2: Reducing the Bitrates

Method 3: Checked that I have no broken network cabling etc

Method 4: Adjusting the OBS Settings to the recommended streaming settings for Facebook

Method 5: Updating the Network Adapter Drivers and all windows related systems

Method 6: Checking Security and Firewall Software

Method 7: Reducing the GPU Load

Method 8: Uninstall and reinstall the software

Method 9: Checked for TLC issues on my network

I have also checked that the stream code I am using is valid and tested it on a different streaming platform to verify that the code was not the problem

Admin, please could you look at the Log file from the system to see if there is anything I have missed or could try to resolve the issue.

Thank you

It looks like you changed the default
YUV mode: Rec. 709/Partial
Why did you change this, and are you familiar with the implications, and have enough compute resources to handle this? from recording , looks like sufficient CPU encoding, but depends on content....

You should check your log then research what, if any, NVENC works with that GPU, and appropriate driver to enable/support such (again, if possible)
- that looks like the bulk of the initial failures
- I see one Facebook attempt in that log with what may be a incorrect stream key??

then looks like you played with various rate control... stick with CBR for streaming to Facebook.

I don't help those who ignore the big red warning about NOT recording to MP4 (look up auto remux, instead). If you continue recording to MP4, I most likely won't respond further.
