OBS 27 HAS FREEZE OF IMAGES AND RESOURCES EACH 2 SECONDS

Hi OBS team!
I use OBS and 2 days ago I updated to the new version of software, but now I have problems. Any Source Cam, capture device, etc everything goes laggy with a little freeze each 2 seconds. I uninstall and reinstalled from zero, but the problem is there yet. This is my log. everything went so fine , but from yesterday I have thsi problem.

 
I see some sources are on network drives, are these accessible and responsive? Try moving them to a fixed drive.

Sorry but I cant do abything with that I mean I didnt change anything but the OBS updated. The last night (yesterday) I updated my Nvidia drivers, but the problem is the same I discovered that New OBS consume almost 100% of CPU n RAM before the OBS didnt that
