Glad to hear issue is resolved
Out of curiosity, I looked at your latest log. A couple of observations:
- Win10 Game DVR is On - you probably want that off
- That is an older ultra-low power laptop CPU, optimized for battery life, not the computationally demanding task of real-time video encoding. So, some OS optimization may eventually be needed (turning off unnecessary background processes, disabling some eye-candy (ex Mouse shadow, menu animation, etc)
- I recommend monitoring hardware resource (CPU, GPU, RAM, Disk I/O, etc) utilization [for ex. using Task manager’s Performance tab and/or Resource Monitor] to check the streaming laptops resource availability (ie how much headroom you have left)
- As I'm not a user of an RTSP streaming camera, I'm not sure, but you may want to check the logs you posted and see if that is your camera's password posted on the Internet now.
- And it looks like your OBS setup is trying to setup audio from the Axis camera (I'm guessing the camera has an audio port, not in use from your layout description). I'm just guessing here, and assuming no need for audio input from camera, but I'd suggest checking if there is an option on the cameras settings to disable audio, and then see if you can configure OBS to not be looking for audio from that device as well
I've helped out a number of smaller, relatively simple, livestream setups for Houses of Worship over last 2 years. Feel free to reach out to me directly if things like a Title Page which becomes video thumbnail, countdown timer/page before service starts, music copyright notice caveats, a nice fade to black service ending, etc are of interest.
