OBS 27.2.3 Crash On Launch

I updated to the newsest verson of OBS and it continually crashes on attempts to launch. I have already tried the following:
- Running as administrator
- Uninstalling and Re-installing everything
- Deleting AppData and re-installing
- Updating known drivers

I cannot launch 27.1 versions either and with 27.0 versions unable to link to twitch, I am stuck.

I attempted this, was up to date, installed optional updates and then re-installed OBS - none resolved. Any other thoughts?

Find the latest GPU driver on intel.com and install it, don't rely on windows finding it for you.
