OBS 27.1.1 Hotkeys not working as global anymore

Hi there,

I just updated to OBS 27.1.1
In the previous versions, I used to have OBS in the background, and start recording the tutorial while showing my main 3D application by simply pressing the hotkey I registered in the settings.

In the latest 27.1.1 this doesn't work anymore. Is it a known behavior? I need to keep OBS in foreground in order to use the hotkeys, or else, they won't work.

Go to... File --> Settings --> Advanced. Then go to the bottom of that page where you can set the behavior of the hot keys.

Right now, I have it on Never Disable Hotkeys.

Edit: weird, I changed it one of the two Disable options and set it back to Never Disable, and now it seems to work fine.
Maybe the settings needed to be refreshed.

A mí me pasa lo mismo, ya cambié las opciones y todavía no lo resuelve, ya reinicié y no tengo solución, intenté cambiar la versión
