OBS 27.0.1 startup error in XUBUNTU VER. 24.04

When I open obs 27.0.1 I get an error window, the characteristics of my computer are:

The only solution that I found and I have not yet fully tested the obs is the following: in the terminal the following command: LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE = 1 obs
and this is how it looks using the command, how can I solve it without the need for the command?
