OBS 26.1 results in black screen with Decklink mini-recorder

Hi. After someone in our church AV team ran the suggested upgrade for OBS from 26.0.2 to 26.1, we ended up with the dreaded black screen when trying to use the video from the build-in Decklink mini recorder card (BlackMagic). We use this combination for church services streaming to Utube.
As the BM recording software did show the video, it was clear that the problem was in the OBS software. After several hours of trouble-shooting, I restored version 26.0.2 and was back in business... I warned the team to not touch that upgrade anymore!
(I entered OBS into the Graphics Settings as a classical app with Power saving settings as suggested somewhere)

Is anybody familiar with this and has the 1-million dollar answer? Is it indeed a bug or am I missing a setting (I tried everything I could adjust)?
Have a great 2021, from the Netherlands,
Bert

I can confirm issues getting input from Blackmagic Decklink Mini Recorder when using OBS 26.1.1
Just updated to this last week and was unable to get any sort of input detected

Issue was resolved by reverting to OBS 26.0.2
The installer can be found by following this official OBS link: https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/releases/tag/26.0.2
Install files are at the bottom of the page.
