OBS 26.1.1 Studio Mode affects output, test changes are seen live

I noticed this while monitoring my own stream. And also in the program, changes affect both "preview" and "program" window, unsure if that's how it's supposed to work. Being in studio mode is supposed to hide my little changes until I exit out, then applies them, right?

For example, I go click on Studio Mode to change an overlay background. I disable the current, space is black, then enable the new background. The entire process is seen on my live stream, I thought studio-mode should remove the visible change (black space) until I click the transition button or exit out.

If you are using a nested scene, changes made inside that nested scene take place immediately as OBS does not consider the nested scene to be 'live'. If you are making changes to the scene currently live in the 'program' window, they should not be shown until you hit the Transition button or exit from Studio mode.
