I upgraded to Version 25 and created a new Window Capture source. It seems to capture fine until I switch to another app (I've tried a variety of apps, like Word, Outlook, another browser, etc). The preview window (and the recording) will freeze immediately or it freezes when I return to the window I am capturing. I can only free it up by double clicking on the source configuration and clicking Cancel. This happens in both Chrome and Firefox. It will also freeze if I'm capturing a video and pause that video. When I resume the video the preview and recording do not resume.
I've been unable to get around this. Under 24 it worked perfectly -- once I clicked the source it would stay with that source, recording if needed regardless of what I did elsewhere. This is a drastic change in behavior. Id there something I am missing in configuration?
