Question / Help OBS 25.08 Ubuntu browser source missing after update

Greetings,
I am running OBS studio on Ubuntu 18.04, installed from PPA. I streamed on Sunday, May 17 and my two browser sources worked fine. I logged in tonight (Tuesday May 19) and had a notification of an OBS update. After installing the update my browser sources are no longer working and browser source no longer displays as an option in the "add source" menu. I've searched the forums and google and have not found any threads recent to this latest update. Thoughts?

Note: The official OBS Studio ppa on Ubuntu is currently without the browser source, as it was causing crashes when interacting with GTK (such as opening the File chooser). We are looking for workarounds and alternatives.
