Question / Help OBS 25.0.5 + OS X 10.15.4 can't stream at all

I updated my OBS Studio to version 25.0.5 Seems like everything else is working fine, but when trying to start streaming OBS returns with the following message:

Starting the output failed. Please check the log for details.
Note: If you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date.

I tried all the encoder options: X264, as well as Apple VT hardware and software options and the result is the same, can't start stream.
At the moment when I took the log file, most of the equipment is not attached so just ignore those warnings in the log, issue with streaming is exactly the same when everything is connected.

Older version I had been using was 24.0.6. with that the streaming was working fine. But the crashing issue with browser passwords, as well as serious FPS drop with Studio mode are very annoying and the new version seems to address those.

I am encountering the same issue, with the same error messages. (Mac Catalina & 25.5)

Apparently this is a known bug in 25.0.5 and that's why it was taken down. Need to use 24.0.6 for now.

Experiencing the same now on v25.0.5. The outputs plugin is failing to load. Happening on 10.14. 25-RC1 does not have this problem, either.

Does anyone have an ETA on a version of 25 for macOS that will stream?

As I wrote above, 25.0.0-RC1 on MacOS does not exhibit these problems. It just lacks the other fixes in 25.0.5.

I just downloaded the 25.0.6 bits for mac from sourceforge and they seem to both stream and record with no problems.

25.0.6 is now available and should fix these issues.
