Question / Help Obs 22.0.3 on mac mojave no sound or video?

Hello all im on Mac Mojave 10.14 and on obs 22.0.3 and ive enabled the security in the accessability section in system preferences do i need to reinstall obs could that be my issue?

Are you sure you're not getting video and you've covered it with sources? Your scenes have a total of like 30 window captures and 40+ image sources.
