Help Please!

OBS 21.1.2 preview and capture function does not work on my computer at all. I'm running it on a Windows Surface Pro3, under Windows10, I have changed the compatibility setting for 64bit and tried all kinds of online instructions already.
The preview is always a black screen, and if I create a new source for Display Capture, got a screen with many layers of display (see screen shot). For Game Capture, I'm getting black screen with audio recording only. Can you please take a look and trouble shoot it? Thank you so much!

I'm not seeing a problem.

Your first screen has no sources in it-- so it's blank.

In the second, you added a Display capture, and it's capturing your display. Since OBS is the frontmost application with the Preview window on, you're seeing a Hall of Mirrors effect as OBS captures itself capturing itself capturing itself... but that's normal since you haven't minimized OBS and there's nothing else to capture.

Not sure what you're trying to do?

For Game Capture, I'm getting black screen + audio recording only. Just updated the problem statement. Thank you for your advice.

Game capture doesn't work on all processes. Scroll down the properties tab, there should be a hook compatibility setting you can try. If not, window or display capture.
