Question / Help OBS 21.0.1 Game Choppy in OBS/Stream

Hey all,

So I started streaming again a while ago and I noticed that when I'm playing either League of Legends or Diablo 3, the game is choppy in OBS and on stream. I never had this problem before, it used to run fine on Stream with no problems. I have no issues with my FPS in game. And for the life of me I can't figure out why.

Here's an updated logfile from today, just about 20 minutes of streaming. Still choppy as all hell.
