OBS 20.3 Avermedia Live Gamer HD C985 not sharp​

HI,
I did all the possible tutorial:
- Google browser disabled
- reinstalled drivers/application/OBS/firewire/GPU drivers
- I do not use Skype

did not work, does not show Live Gamer HD Stream Engine
