Bug Report OBS 20.1.3 Error at Install

I can't install OBS 20.1.3 because it shows me this error :
"Error opening file for writing:
C\Users\Adrian\AppData\Local\Temp\OBS\check_for_64bit_visual_studio_2013_runtimes.exe

Click Abort to stop the installation,
Retry to try again, or
Ignore to skip this file."

If i hit abort, it gone, and if i press next to the install, it shows me the same thing, if I hit Retry, it still appears, and if I hit Ignore, it's gonna crash. I checked already that folder, i deleted it, and i started the installation again, it's coming back, the same error, the folder is gonna be there again.

If you have IObit software try uninstalling it. Otherwise please follow these steps:

Instead of obs64.exe, can you do this with check_for_64bit_visual_studio_2013_runtimes.exe?

I have the same erro and I dont have IObit software installed. I created the dump, send to who?

Hey all I've solved this issue! It is caused by your antivirus and/or your bank protection software. Here I've Rapport Trusteer Endpoint protection to access a bank account on Santander and this software was causing this issue with check_for_64bit_visual_studio_2013_runtimes.exe

Fortunately Rapport Trusteer software have a way to disable it at runtime, just press windows button and search for rapp and the option to turn off protection will appear, click on that and follow the instructions on the screen.
