Minor annoying problem for me with the new version is that width resize doesn't stick after restart of OBS, height resize does however stick.

Hmm? It saves for me, both width, height, and position. I've tried it lots of times now both with my current profile and a portable profile.

Confirmed this, will check into it. Thank you for the report.

Good to know, thank you.

Seems to work okay with default UI settings, with the new UI setting that allows me to remove certain things like Scene transitions and Scenes the width resize is broken.

I've tried removing panels, moving them around, yet I don't run into problems. I made a demo here.

Are you able to reproduce the steps that make it not save? If you're able to share, that would be awesome. But I won't bump this thread anymore since others could confirm already. ^^

It only applies to windows made SMALLER than the default size. You'd have to move the panels around to allow for a smaller width than default. We have confirmed this and are looking in to why it happens. It was not previously possible to make windows that small, and it was just an oversight.

Good to know this is (hopefully) being fixed. It's a minor thing but quite annoying to resize OBS every time you open it. As Xeiz said, this wasn't an issue before.

Yes, this is due to the modular UI allowing you to make the main window smaller than was possible before. This issue has technically always been present, it just wasn't possible to notice.
