Bug Report OBS 19.0.2 not responding after successful recording and then trying to close programm

hi,

new OBS 19.0.2 starts fine - i can stream and/or record - but after i finished and i try to close OBS it is not responding and i need to end task with taskmgr

Instead of ending task from task manager, right click and choose "Create dump file". Then .zip and upload the .dmp file somewhere and link it here.

Hello.
Similar problem during a stream. Information of flow rate of bitrate disappeared, I clicked to stop broadcasting, then was written on the "broadcasting stops..." button, later pressed the button to begin broadcasting, but the program didn't react. I made a dumping.

@santer Thanks - the dump file is very helpful, this seems to be a bug in the QSV encoder.

as i said i tried it - and it still "not responds" - either i disable and restart the programm or not...

edit: what i can say about the new network code is that it uses less cpu

Yes, unfortunately it isn't so simple to fix.
