Question / Help OBS 18.0.1 continues to crash

I don't know if this is a problem with my Elgato or OBS. i'm hoping someone can give me some guidance. Here's a link to the crash log:

Okay so through some tinkering it crashes when I stream before Elgato loads and if I wait for Elgato to load and then stream there will be no connection created in order to go live. Any insights? I've already uninstalled and redownloaded all the drivers.
