Bug Report OBS 0kbps Stream?!

After many days trying a lot of things, the only thing that definitely stoped this problem: to release the 1935 TCP port (the default port used for RTMP) in my router.
The problem was immediately gone.

I had an insight when the problem did not occur when I was connected to my mobile data. So the problem needed to be in my network.

Finally solved!!!

The solution is here in the OBS wiki: https://obsproject.com/wiki/Dropped-Frames-and-General-Connection-Issues

If that always happens after only you've been streaming for a while, then that means your ISP is throttling you. You need to contact your ISP for that, or deal with limiting your bandwidth.

I have the same issue I do stream on youtube and it goes good for 30 - 40 mins and then suddenly in task manager and bottom right of OBS it shows suddenly OBS is using 0kbps and when I check back with the stream it says it has ended.
I have single streaming setup
1) Ryzen 5 3600XT
2) AMD 5700XT
3) 16 GB Ram
4) 750W Power Supply

I use my gfx card to stream and I don't think this is my card issue so can you please let me know if there is any way to solve this I have been stuck up in a very difficult situation by not able to focus on game and rather spending my whole focus checking when will this stream stop.
I will also upload a latest log file on this.
