Bug Report OBS 0kbps Stream?!

Whenever I click "Start Streaming" everything proceeds as normal, but where it shows the bitrate at the bottom
right hand corner of the screen, it just says 0kbps, and whenever I check my twitch, it says I am not streaming.

I uploaded my log, if there is anything I can do to fix this that would be great!

I had this problem months ago and I only reset my stream key and tried again to stream.. whops it worked.
If this doesn't work I found a video on youtube, maybe that will work for you

Did you tried to stream on a different pattform like hitbox or something else?

No I haven't I don't even have an account on another streaming sight other than twitch and youtube

If it work on another plattform, you can exclude that twitch or your internet is the reason whys not working..
Sometimes the router, the firewall or the internet provider block streaming..

OH YEA and I forgot to mention, when I click stop streaming, it just keeps saying stopping stream it never changes

I changed router settings, and service, and it still said kb/s: 0

Why does it only work when I take opencl off? It normally works with it on

Why did you have it on in the first place? all the option does is reduce stability.

I heard it helps with encoding and makes it easier on the CPU

ayuda por favor cuando incio stream en mi kb/s para tranmitir tengo a 8000 pero cuando incio en donde se muestran a cuanto va de kb/s esta en 5000 o algo mas y de pronto baja a 1200, 2000 kb/s no se como solucionarlo. tengo 30 de bajada y subida, tambien cambie clave de transmisión uso la de fb gaming

If that always happens after only you've been streaming for a while, then that means your ISP is throttling you. You need to contact your ISP for that, or deal with limiting your bandwidth.
