OBS has worked flawlessly for me the past 1.5 years. No issues. But after the recent forced Windows Update and also upgrading to OBS's current updated version number.... I'm getting 0 bitrate while Live Streaming. Did some research on the internet and here's what I figured out.

I have a Killer E3100G Networking Adapter and ever since intel updated it... I believe it's causing the OBS 0 Bitrate issue. Here's the funny thing... OBS is working perfectly using WIFI. But when I turn off the WIFI and use the Ethernet Port... the Bitrate goes back to 0. People have said the Killer adapter is garbage.... but it's been working fine for me. But since the updated firmware.... it's unstable. How do I fix this issue? I tried going back to the original Killer E3100G driver but even though I tell it to go back to the original driver... when I click Info... it says Newest Driver. I just want a simple Ethernet Port to work with OBS. Why is this so difficult?

It's more that the support software for killer networks adapters is garbage, not so much the adapters themselves.
Stuff like network boosting actually leads to more problems than are solved.

Assuming you have download Killer driver locally, have you tried removing the driver completely and let the Operating System install its own basic network driver (hoping it does[n't] auto grab latest Killer driver for you)
Also, as Harold alluded to - try disabling/uninstalling the Killer network software (Control Center/Performance Suite)... but do your research first.. I don't have such a system myself, and I don't know exactly what functionality that associated software provides, if it is required by the driver, or not, etc.
ie - removing the Killer software could help? or it could be a case of s/w configuration settings to disable the 'boosting/helper' features to get back to reliable funciton

I appreciate the posts fellas. Here's what I did and it's working so far. My live stream was perfect for 4 hours.

1. Went to services.msc and forced all Killer programs to start up on initial start up.
2. Went to Killer Intelligence Center app and Disabled "Killer Prioritization Engine" and then I also Disabled "Auto Bandwidth".

Currently streaming Ethernet Port (WIFI OFF)

So far it's working better than ever. Most steady live stream I've had in about 7 days. I hope it lasts. Thanks again for your input! =)
