Question / Help OBS 0.657 is not picking up my microphone but every other program on my computer is

I have a blue yeti stereo Microphone. It was working fine but i noticed a lot of backround noise going through so I messed with the microphone noise gate and ever since then OBS will not pick up my microphone. It picks up in game sound just fine. My mic works perfect on skype, Teamspeak, discord, and counterstrike but for some reason wont work on OBS.

I'm on windows 7 if that changes anything.
