Bug Report (OBS 0.47a) Could not initialize x264

I just encountered a bug with the latest OBS version. It seems to happen only when I use custom x264 settings. Here is the screenshot when I got the error message.

The log file doesn't say anything rather than my computer specs and my stream's settings.

It's not a big deal since I can just simply disable custom x264 settings. However, I would still like to use custom settings such as tune.

Anyways, good job guys.

the tune could break it. try it without the x264 setting and see if that changes anything. in the mean time I'll investigate that tune
