OBS 0.24.1 no option to select AMD in output > encoder , only x264

I wanted to select my graphics card which is a AMd Radeon HD5450 to help with the CPU usage, I know there is options for people using NVENC but its only giving me the option to use X264. I am streaming poker and im dropping frames and struggling to run on my pc so I thought this may help?

Is this GPU capable of video encoding in hardware? According to Wikipedia it would appear that isn’t.
