Try to run Studio as admin. Earlier, this errors were caused by very high resolution and setting baseline profile was able to solve this but last builds of the Studio (new x264 and so on) doesn't have this issue. If possible try not to use resolutions over 4096x4096, because OBS Studio uses GPU acceleration on transformations and hardware has its own restrictions.

I still can't record.

I assume to record > Just Click Start Recording Button

Correct me if I am wrong.

In general, you are right. But you did additional step, didn't you? Your log differ from default. To make things clear, create new Profile and new Scene Collection, click Start Recording button and stop it in 10 sec, wait for Stopping Recording... to disappear. And post new log (just black screen recording, it's normal). That's ensure that you able to record.

There is other methods to post logs. Look there: Please post a log with your issue! Here's how... or you can attach txt file to the post here via Upload a File.

Just in case you miss Profiles and Scene Collections you can find some info in OBS Studio Help Guide: https://obsproject.com/forum/resour...ware-studio-multiplatform-help-guide-pdf.365/ (Look for Using menu bar section).
