It's called Browser Source when you add a new source to your scene. If you don't have it you downloaded the wrong version. On the download page linked at the top click Studio and choose the second download that says OBS + Browser Source

Maybe its just me but i downloaded the +browser version and its doesn't seem to work with any url. I was using it for alerts but it seems to have stopped working.

Try to disable your antivirus.
i've been trying to fix this on my windows 7 computer, ever since 14.2 (the combo with browser source plugin) it flat out doesn't work. i can still hear the audio come through the browser component, but there is no visual. i have no antivirus, firewall disabled, 100% zero security. i know its pickin up something because the audio is still comin through the browsercomponent

edit: forgot to mention, its only broken in studio. it works fine in the classic.

Try this, it has help solve some issue with browser component for me

Add --disable-gpu to the end of the "Target" in the shortcut properties

It should look something like this

Disabling my antivirus made no difference, re-adding the browser add on didn't work either, I was still getting the audio but no images.
But doing this allowed the CLR browser to work.

Thanks for the tip

I just did a fresh install and am having the same issue, sound, no visual. I have tried everything listed above, firewall, anti-virus, and --disable-gpu. Any other ideas?

Are you using Kaspersky firewall? That will kill it too. Also in the future please make your own thread.

I am using Windows Firewall, and OBS has been made an exception. Previously I was using OBS Studio + Browser Source v.0.15.2 and had no issues at all, it's this newest version that I am getting audio, but no visual.
