NVIDIA Vibrancy Settings Don't Appear in OBS Studio

If I open up NVIDIA control panel and modify the colors in my system, when I open OBS Studio and start recording or streaming the color effects don't appear in OBS. I'm new to OBS Studio so I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong. As a temporary fix I applied a couple of filters to my Game Capture, but I really want to be able to fix this. Curiously, as I was attempting to take some screenshots to demonstrate the problem, I realize that when I increase and apply vibrancy and take a screenshot, it's not saved there either. WTF? I tried to Google solutions to this problem but was not successful.

These color modifications done by the Nvidia driver seem to go directly out to the monitor. It seems it's not something apps can capture from any frame buffer within the GPU.
