i always had NVIDIA NVENC as an option on "Video Encoder", but now it doesn't show up anymore: https://prnt.sc/P95R_v4ZFme9
GPU: 1650
right now i only have "x264" as video encoder but i used to have something for the gpu too

streaming with this cpu encoder makes my game so laggy and i really can't play

Game Capture doesn't work, same for window capture (it shows a black screen)

I tried many things but nothing worked, please help me

Same issue here as far as NVENC no longer showing. I suppose I could downgrade to get those options again, but maybe there's a better explanation.

All OBS releases:
For OBS v31.0.0:
NVIDIA Kepler (600 and 700 series) GPUs are no longer supported for NVENC.

NVIDIA users may need to update their GPU drivers to 551.76 (Windows) / 550.54.14 (Linux) or newer.

The code signing certificate for OBS has been updated. This may impact game capture compatibility with some anti-cheat solutions with this OBS update. If you are a game or anti-cheat developer please see https://obsproject.com/kb/capture-hook-certificate-update for more information.

If you want to run older OBS, please take a look how to downgrade OBS hook libraries: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/update-31-problems-with-ubisoft-games.182553/post-667206

Updating the drivers seems to have solved it, though I had a black screen issue when installing them, but that's on Nvidia, not y'all. Thanks.
