I've had this problem for long time. I was trying to fix it but no one had post anything about it. So what happend is that when I try to change the encoder there is only X264 or H.264 (new). But I want to record on H.264 so if anyone know how to fix please tell me. (My graphics card is rtx 2080)
Nvidia Nvenc H.264 is not showing up.

There is no old NVENC H.264 anymore. The only way to get the old NVENC back is to install an older version of OBS.

Version 25.0 was when it was taken out so you'd have to go prior to that.
