Question / Help NVIDIA NVENC encoder will not work/Can't start recording

I recently purchased an NVIDIA GTX 650 graphics card. Once the latest drivers were installed I decided to get started with my OBS settings, and when I changed the video encoder from x264 to NVENC H.264, I got this error message: Failed to start recording. Starting the output failed. Please check log for details. Note: If you are using NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date.
I have the latest version of the graphics drivers (384.94) and have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers and OBS Studio numerous times, and not having any success. I could not post the log, so here is a link: https://pastebin.com/RFrmR3aw

run DDU in safe mode and clean nvidia
install latest driver again
if it wont help, your card may not support nvenc...install geforce experience to verify this - look in rig spec.. (and uninstall this spyware after :)

GTX 650 so NVEnc should be supported. I agree that you should re-install / clean your drivers if it isn't working.

Change the Preset to HP (High Performance), the Level to auto, and 2-Pass to False, once you get it working.

I don't think I did the temperature seems to be at about 31-41 degrees Celsius. Is that standard? My graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650
