I tried every step suggested by Nvidia Support team. HP support team said they will not provide any help for 3rd party softwares. If there is any solution please advise. Thanks

OBS expects the "nvEncodeAPI64.dll" file in the system directory and can't find it. This file is installed with the NVIDIA graphics driver.

There is similar thread that ended in attempts to find a new driver for RTX 3050 A (or RTX 4050):
but result is unknown.
