Hi i am needing some help when i am trying to stream with twitch it wont let it says need too update the nvidia drivers but can't seem to ind them anywhere

The GT 710 isn't NVENC supported.

In fact, I don't think you should turn on hardware accelerated features if you did.
You can find nvidia drivers in nvidia's own site. You shouldn't get them from anywhere else.
