NVIDIA Audio Effects noise removal filter is broken after restarting OBS

OBS-Version: 32.2.2
Windows Version: Windows 11 Pro, 25H2
Windows Build: 26200.9168
GPU: RTX 4060ti with 8 GB VRAM
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5500

NVIDIA Audio Effects Version: 1.6.1.2
NVIDIA Video FX Version: 0.7.6.0

So what exactly is happening?
When i start OBS with no filters enabled for my microphone, everything works as expected. When I then add the NVIDIA Audio Effects noise removal filter, everything works as expected, again. However, when i close the program and reopen it again, the NVIDIA Audio Effects noise removal filter just completely stops working. Disabling it and enabling it again or changing the NVIDIA noise removal method also doesn't solve the problem. The filter only works again when i delete it and add it again. As soon as the filter is broken (happens when i close and reopen OBS) it stays broken. The audio filters path is found when launching OBS: NVAFX SDK redist path was found here C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\NVIDIA Audio Effects SDK.

Reproduction
1. Add an NVIDIA Audio Effects > Noise Removal filter to a microphone source.
2. Configure it normally
3. Confirm that NVIDIA-Audioeffects noise removal works.
4. Close OBS.
5. Start OBS again.
6. The NVIDIA Audio Effects noise removal filter is still present with exactly the same settings, but it no longer works. Changing the filter settings, moving sliders, disabling/re-enabling the filter, changing the Noise Removal method, saving the scene, or removing/re-adding the microphone source does not restore functionality and removes the previousely existing filters. The only way to make the NVIDIA Audio Effects noise removal filter work again is to delete the existing filter and create a new NVIDIA Audio Effects noise removal filter while OBS is already running.

Testing I've already done
- Tested OBS 32.1.2 and 32.2.2.
- NVIDIA Audio Effects SDK is detected successfully.
- Confirmed denoiser_48k.trtpkg exists.
- Tested different NVIDIA Noise Removal methods.
- Changing filter settings does not restore functionality.
- Disabling/re-enabling the filter does not restore functionality
- Removing/re-adding the microphone source does not help.
- Creating a second NVIDIA Noise Removal filter works.
- Deleting the broken filter and recreating it works.
- The recreated filter becomes broken again after restarting OBS.
- This behavior is reproducible every time.

I've attached the log file from the session where the problem occurs. I unfortunately can't attach a screen recording.

0. Your video driver is out of date, "20:32:24.472: Driver Version: 32.0.16.1047". Update to the newest studio driver.
1. One of your audio devices has a sample rate that doesn't match the rest. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 48000 Hz
Kopfhörer (soundcore Space Q45): 48000 Hz
Lautsprecher (Realtek(R) Audio): 192000 Hz
Microphone (Razer Seiren V2 X): 48000 Hz
2. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. We recommend disabling it via these instructions as a troubleshooting step. Be sure to restart after disabling it.
3. In Windows, we recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode.
4. Run OBS as Admin.

If still having issues, provide a log with a 30+ second session.

So i went through all your proposed solutions to my problem but noene of them helped. The OBS analyzer shows no warnings and no critical issues. I attached the screenshot of my OBS analyzer result as well as another log file which is from a 30+ second session where my problem still occurs.
