Bug Report Nvidia 1070 & AMD Vega 64

Hello OBS forums,

This is my first post and I will keep it brief. I have a Vega 64 as my main GPU running an LG monitor (3440x1440) and the Nvidia 1070 handling a second monitor (1920x1080 or 2560x1080). Sometimes the Nvida stays disconnected from a screen altogether as I prefer just using one monitor.

When utilizing the Vega 64 for gaming, I set the Nvidia 1070 (NVEC Codec) to handle the recording or streaming. Fantastic that they can work together (which you can check in your activity monitor). However, the problem lies when trying to use the second screen and the 1070 when the main content is on the AMD card (primary display). OBS runs great as long as I don't try to move the OBS program from the AMD monitor to the Nvidia monitor- when I go to drag it crashes every time.

The reason for the second monitor is to view my stream or recording while live. However I can only keep the OBS program active in the primary display area, which defeats the purpose. Wondering is this a resolution error or synchronization error, it's existed for a while now. I know the Nvidia card can be set to handle the output, while using the AMD as primary (and vice versa)- however I am unable to use the program on the Nvidia diplay (non primary) without it crashing.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.
