Hi Engineers!
My Video adapter is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti，I test obs encode, and find that the new evenc (jim-evenc-encoder average takes 20 ms) is much slower than old evenc (obs-ffmpeg-evenc-encoder average takes 2 ms). Is it a problem?
Is it just that this kind of card has this problem, or all of them have this problem?
